WE APPRECIATE YOUR SUPPORT OF SENIOR SERVICES TO ASSURE YOUR LOVED ONES WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF IN THE FUTURE
The Council on Aging is celebrating 30 years of service to Hardin County. What a good year it has been so far. We have completed the process of on-site accreditation which must be repeated every five years. We are excited to say that the Council on Aging, Inc Senior Center and Senior Day Care has been fully accredited through 2013 by the National Insititute of Senior Centers. I, the Director, the 12 member Board of Directors, the Advisory Council, and the Staff will continue to efficiently and effectively provide the seniors of Hardin County with valuable services.
We would again like to say thank you to all who supported the senior levy, who served on the Assessment Committee for the accreditation, those who volunteer of your time, the many who donate, and those that continue to advocate for the rights of seniors. We will continue striving to make 2008 a memorable one as we provide services of senior day care, transportation, information & referral, homemaker, chore, outreach, and socialization activities to those 60 and over in Hardin County.
