Our mission is to improve the quality of life for those 60 and over in Hardin County.   The main focus of the Hardin County Council on Aging is customer service. Therefore, we want to hear from you. Tell us what you think about our services, what services you would like to see added, and how we can help you improve your quality of life. We hope you will plan to join us in this endeavor as we strive to serve each community in Hardin County. We are looking for speaking opportunities in churches, clubs, council meetings, and other types of meetings where we will be able to discuss with the people of each community what their needs are and how we can help in those areas. By doing so you will learn where your tax dollars are being spent and how each supportive service we provide is funded. Your input helps us improve the services and deliver them in a more efficient and effective manner. We hope you will join us in this effort to improve the quality of life for the people of Hardin County.  MEETINGS: 1) The next HCCoA Board Meeting is scheduled  for Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. at Hardin County Sheriff's Office conference room. 2) The next Advisory Council meeting is scheduled for Thursday, October 15, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at The Hardin County Council on Aging building.  3) The next coordinated transportation plan meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the Sheriff's Office conference room.  The 2014 Annual Report is ready and available to anyone.  They will be available at the Aministrative Office of the Hardin County Council on Aging, Inc.  UPCOMING EVENTS:  September 11, 2015 is Senior Citizens Day at the Fair.  Please keep the dates of September 14th, 16th, 21st and 23rd from 9:30AM-11AM opened.  We will be having at the center the breast cancer seminar called "From Gray to Pink."  This is funded by a grant from the Susan G.
